Thank you for coming to my site. I don't believe I have a particular style. I just make what I would like for myself, so you are going to see lots of variation in my work.
I do some lamp working and metalworking but the majority of my lamp work beads will be from USA talented artists, some of which are here on Etsy. I do use some artist beads from out of the country but the lamp work will never be from mass produced foreign sources.
I use only quality materials and thick gauge weights in metal. I like my product to be substantial. Even my earring wires are no less than 18 gauge in thickness. The metals will usually be sterling or fine silver unless otherwise stated.
If for some reason you end up unhappy with your purchase, please contact me before leaving any negative feedback so that I may see if I can correct the issue. Thanks again, Roxanne
Payment
To purchase you will have to have an Etsy account which is easy to set up. Please pay for your purchase upon checkout. Orders not paid for within 24 hours may be canceled if you do not contact me first.
I do offer wholesale terms. Please contact me if you are interested in reselling some of my items.
Shipping
I will ship via USPS First Class with a delivery confirmation unless you specify a different method shipment.
International shipping
If you are purchasing from out of the country I will declare the full purchase price for Customs which could incur extra costs to you the buyer.
I ship international priority mail in a small priority mail box. This box is not traceable. If you would like tracking the price goes to 26.00 from what is stated on the site. I don't know why the post office doesn't offer any tracking or insurance on the small box. It is a big drag.
I have found that shipments to Canada can take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Australia is relatively quick at 1 week.
China can also take 2-3 weeks.
Refunds and Exchanges
I cannot refund or exchange earrings for health reasons.
Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case by case basis for bracelets and necklaces. If for some reason you are not pleased with your purchase or if there has been some shipping damage please contact me within 48 hours of delivery to discuss a remedy. If a return is to be made, I will refund the full amount of the item. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs both ways.

My jewelry is not intended for small children.
As much as I can I purchase components from other artists on Etsy and other similar venues because I trust them and to insure quality. The result sometimes ends up in a higher than the other guy price...but you will find it well worth it.
